      Ventajas

      The company supported one another to ensure project were completed on time. Engaged employees in office activities and lunches to to promote hard work.

      Desventajas

      Strict to the time clock with heavy micro management of it's empoyees. Expectations of other departments to cover positions to "save" money on hiring employees created constant headaches.

      Academic vibe. A company largely consisting of engineers. The work of test and measurement equipment means that the products are used in high end research.

      Desventajas

      Overall, a slight lack of diversity. This could be improved in hiring practices.
