      Ventajas

      I enjoy working with Intuit because of their flexible hours. I enjoy preparing taxes and working with the customers and fellow employees.

      Desventajas

      This year the technical glitches have been rather overwhelming. I believe they should make fewer improvements and make certain they all work before they add more.

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      Desventajas

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Remote work, flexible hours, gift cards as rewards

      Desventajas

      Every tax season leadership move the goal posts to make it more difficult (work more weekend hours, for example) to obtain the bonus. Didn't get paid to be a full service tax expert despite being forced to serve in function. Line managers drink too much koolaid
