My entire team was supportive and helpful despite company pivots and changes. Also after a reduction in force they were very generous to allow us to keep our equipment and help us with resources.

Experienced a reduction in force due to sales not hitting their numbers yet after reduction in force, sales was still able to go on their offsite celebration. It was a bit disheartening as many people were laid off. It didn’t feel appropriate.

The biggest pro is the work from anywhere policy.

We went through a merger with Unbounce and it ruined the Insightly culture.
