New hires in their place are unable to make it and the problem is made worse by a lack of training, sub-par leads and poor go-to-market execution. * All product decisions are just based on the whims of the CEO. The voice product offering has been an abject failure that the company spent 2 years building but no one cares about today. * All employees must maintain a fake sense of positivity. If you express areas of growth to your managers, you will be considered a "displeased, bad apple" and the next target to be asked to leave. On rare occasions your feedback is requested but immediately dismissed as being "not experienced enough to provide commentary". * Compensation and perks are below that of other companies in San Francisco. Jobseekers - Don't make a move to Insightly out of desperation. Continue interviewing and take a job elsewhere. Or you will join the many others here who have one foot out the door.
