Ventajas

* Unique set of individuals with interesting backgrounds * Top notch leadership * Plenty of room for growth * Not a big dumb consulting company Infosys Consulting ("IC") is a great place to grow and learn as a management consultant. The leadership is top notch, the energy is high and the work is interesting. Most of the consultants have eclectic backgrounds so you can have interesting conversations, and not just about work. Best of all, the company is growing so that provides lots of opportunities to do things that you would not be able to do in a larger company.

Desventajas

Having to work with Infosys Technologies. Some of those guys are morons and just don't get clients.

Desventajas

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies. Onsite opportunities are limited – Compared to earlier years, onsite roles are fewer. Performance appraisal transparency – Rating systems may feel rigid or unclear.
