I have a degree but am grossly underpaid in spite of my years of experience and qualifications, at least in comparison to my peers. Seemingly open culture but only semi-transparent and subject to the dynamics of interpersonal relationships. Work performance is moderated by the bell curve, which means ratings typically hover in the ''meet expectations" range, and that is difficult to make the leap to the next one.
