Ventajas
It is nice to see a start-up with serious and experienced professionals. A lot of smart people and great culture which makes it an excellent place to be in every day. While there are some really smart people, they are also down to earth.
The product is superb and if you are into Saas and analytics get ready to geek out! The leadership is smart, success track record and collaborative.
Desventajas
While it might be a con for some for others it is what we sign up for at a start-up... everyone is pulling in more than 100%. If you are passionate about the space it doesn't feel like work at all and the people you are doing it with! Plus, you feel 100% appreciated and it feel like you are doing something bigger than you!
Not for the faint of heart for sure but for those that are challenge seekers and hungry to put some milestones under their belt.
