Ventajas
Some projects are interesting (but this depends if you are lucky to be in these projects) Good benefits like private medical insurance and flexible retribution. Very good colleagues and professionals.
Desventajas
The management in Spain is one of the worst I've ever seen in a company of this size. A lot of training about feedback and leadership, but this is not applied to the management, where you can be in meetings and see intimidation, scapegoating and excessive pressure without motivation. It's easy to see distrust towards colleagues and favoritism. The saying that "you will really see how a company is once they are not making money" is fully applicable here, there's an interesting "old school Spanish company culture" applied by the management. Same about transparency, there's a good transparency culture in the company, but only showing the numbers that are good. Once you ask about specific numbers that are not shared, ambiguity appears. There's also no strategy nor sales team. Sometimes it seems that the company is surviving every day and only crossing fingers that clients will appear magically. It's really sad that a company with so much potential is doing things this way. If you are looking for a company to stay for long (as I was looking for), sad to say that this is not your company.
