Terrible Management. My manager did not even pay attention to me, I was tossed around from project to project. Charles River training program is a complete waste of time, as you don't even use it during implementations. My manager didn't even do weekly calls. NO COMPANY CULTURE AT ALL When I was laid off I went to TMP (Talent Market Place) and I was promissed they would help me find another role at State Street, and that didn't even happen. I would never recommend for anyone to work for CRD
