Very smart colleagues who make time to ensure you learn the product accordingly. Work culture is awesome. No micromanaging and productive collaboration. Generous salary for new hires coming straight from Undergrad studies.
Desventajas
Not enough exposure to different areas of the product. After CRU (training program for new hires), Associates are assigned a focus area of the CR IMS platform and can find themselves 'siloed' in it. Exposure to different areas early on would ensure new hires fulfill a role that is most suited for them.
