Flexible working hours. You feel less pressure. And deadline is not pushed. You have a lot of time to plan it and study on other stuffs.
Desventajas
Boring job. All about software testing. And it's functional testing. Very little opportunity for promotion. And the salary is increased very slowly every year. And hardly no bonus.
