Supportive environment, poor policies: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Medical Assistant en CalvertHealth

The phone policies were awful... Customers were constantly complaining that their calls weren't being taken or they had to leave a million voicemails before they got a response. They also took issue with medical assistants, rather than physicians, relaying test results--which I can understand. Hopefully phone, portal, and fax procedures have been revamped so that patients are more satisfied.
