Ventajas

Their office at Henderson was within walking distance to my actual employer so even though I have to submit claims with physical papers it wasn't that much of a hassle. HR support was sufficiently prompt and salary was typically on time.

Desventajas

Physical submission of travel and medical claims could be replaced with electronic versions. Indirect contract staff are staff too, it would help boost morale with more fringe benefits.

Ventajas

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Desventajas

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
