      Still a lot of open, interesting scientific problems to tackle.

      Desventajas

      - A restricted group of managers originally hired by Genia's founders is still in charge of making all the important decisions. - Those same managers do not fully understand the fundamental scientific problems that need to be solved in order to deliver a product (DNA sequencing device) - People at the Roche HQ up in Pleasanton seem to be ok with it.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Desventajas

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
