Most senior managers have been replaced during this time and several high-profile department heads and regional managers resigned or were let go. Too much talk of company culture, but barely any discernible in the European subsidiaries. Employee concerns and suggestions are only paid lip service to, if at all. An environment where "the boss is always right"
