      Ventajas

      I have been with Insight for a couple of months, and it is a typical contract with standard pay and benefits. They do pay Weekly so that is great. But the staff is truly fantastic! they are easy to speak and work with.

      Desventajas

      lack of in person interaction.

      Ventajas

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Desventajas

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
