      WORST JOB Ever Ever Ever!!!!!!!: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Technical Recruiter en Insight Global

      Ventajas

      Nothing!! Being told that you need to party and be FRIENDS with these people! Not my idea of a Real job! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This "Job" is basically being a robot! A pretty little Ken or Barbie Idiot Robot!

      Desventajas

      This is the BIGGEST Mistake of my life! Waste of everything! Time, Brain Cells, and energy! They pay "well" because most people hired are straight out of college with no Real Job Experience other than Fast Food joints. If you "Drink the Juice" you will go up the pyramid scheme.... literally you are taking $$$$ from the people that you find jobs for... you people are thieves. Insight should be shut down!

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Desventajas

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
