      Ventajas

      The opportunity is like nothing I have ever seen. The company is still growing at an astounding rate and there is no other place where you can grow into leadership so quickly. The people are fantastic it is a young energetic company with alot of people who want to be successful. I would never work anywhere else.

      Desventajas

      This is not the place to work if you want alot of time off or a 40 hour work week. If you put in the work you will see the reward but it is not a job for everyone and it is a lot of hard work.

      Ventajas

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Desventajas

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
