Ventajas

PTO was great. Lots of vacation, personal time, sick time. They give less time off now, but because of my tenure I was grandfathered in to a better benefits package.

Desventajas

To work in the US, you would need to be in sales or some kind of engineer or analyst. Majority of support for US customers has been outsourced to other countries.

Ventajas

I am able to be my best self in the environment I work in. I am encouraged to ask questions and come up with solutions to problems - often the identification of a problem doesn't have a clearly prescribed solution - My leadership allows me to be proactive and come up with more ideal solutions than 'just what works'.

Desventajas

This is a large company, and mileage may vary. Bringing your best self should be a requirement for all positions in all companies.

Ventajas

Stable job you know what you are getting.

Desventajas

Call center 101. Every change that can be made to push agents and squeeze every moment of productivity is being made. This is a churn center and at best a 1st job. If you want to be treated like an adult. RUUUN
