      Desventajas

      Work life balance is more difficult to maintain unless you are willing to sacrifice upward trajectory. Questionable value placed on engineers and providing them with the best tools to do their job.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
