      > Too much pressure during Peak with lots of OT and 6 day OTS > hike after a financial year is not even 10% which is pathetic > policy is such it is designed towards customer not employee centric

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
