Ventajas

Work only during your works hours. No one disturbs you after your shift times

Desventajas

-High pressure from the management. -Very less IJP -They have very unrealistic scores that have to be maintained -They think we are robots who have to keep pushing and taking back to back calls for 9 hours. -Sometimes getting leaves approved from the management is very hard -Rotational shift spoils your health at times. Week offs are on odd days.

Desventajas

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
