Desventajas
I've lost count of the amount of layoffs that have taken place. Constantly shifting priorities and failing at finding the right market fit. Every few months there's a new idea that will save the business (but it doesn't). They keep on neglecting their core product and employees and it's sad to see how some of them keep on gaslighting themselves into staying for as long as they can bear it.
Very problematic behaviour from the CEO and other executives.
no strategy whatsoever, the C-level is completely clueless and there's no followup/ownership on new project, which keep failing

Oh dear this wasn't an easy read and I'm so sorry to hear all this. Our leadership team have been very open and transparent in their communication of our key strategies for 2025. Please do speak to your manager or HRBP who are always there to listen, support you and/or clarify anything.
I'm not sure what "new project" you're referring to but again, please do reach out as we'd love to hear any more feedback/suggestions you may have that will help us improve. We appreciate your insights so far!
