Brief phone calls ask some simple questions then a video interview. You answer prerecorded questions. Then there is a Test for your Excel knowledge. They give you 48 hours to complete it. I haven't finished it yet but I hope they don't expect me to be an expert in excel. None of this was required to learn in CompTIA A+ or Network+. Maybe they are expecting me to train office workers?
