The interview process here is detailed and has several steps, but never felt drawn-out or excessive. Two things that stood out for me the most: 1) incredible real-time feedback and communication from the internal recruiter. Never did I feel like I was waiting for days to understand the next step in the process. The communication was incredible and I always received quick and timely updates in the process. That's unheard of in today's job market! 2) This company is very careful about who they hire. Culture is incredibly important to them so they have several carefully planned steps as part of the interview process. It may seem like a lot at first, but once you see how purposeful they are when finding the right fit for each job and how well everyone embodies their core values, you'll see why the process is so important.
