Entrevista
(1) Very quick and respectful hiring process from 1st contact to offer made.
(2) Phone interview with HR, interview with team (members) and direct boss and finally an interview with an MD.
(3) The steps in the hiring process were communicated very well, great questions were asked and I was also given the opportunity to ask lots of questions.
(4) Focus on experience and learnings from previous jobs.

Can you provide one example of a product you brought to the market end-2-end (from the initial idea to rollout)?
Multiple levels, first phone call, video call in two rounds, invite to the office. Office with direct lead + GM. Overall good experience, kind and nice process. Big difference between HR pre-process and afterwards final interview
