Don’t waste your time with the interview process here. It’s poorly organized. The process involved filling out a Google form, followed by an online session where the interviewer asked me to share my screen. The second round was a live coding challenge, and the third round was with HR. then there was a round with the CTO.
CTO Round: During the interview, the CTO asked for a brief introduction and then requested that I explain React and Next.js concepts. After I explained some concepts and asked for more specific questions, he was unclear and responded with 'done, done,' and ended the interview.
After the interview, I was rejected the next day. When I asked for a reason after investing so much time, the CTO said: 'It’s not about time. We weren’t happy with your performance.' When I sought further explanation, especially since no technical questions were asked, I received no additional details and was blocked.
Note:
Although there was one technical round before the HR interview, the CTO did not ask any technical questions and was unclear about his own questions. the CTO round lacked a proper technical assessment, it felt like a joke. I don’t understand how he became CTO of the company. As a CTO, I expected proper communication and a more professional approach.
