You really have to be desperate for a new job to join these guys. What they advertise an what you hear during the interview process is very different. The people with the worst people skills are the Recruitment Administrators. I have never seen such a thing all my life. You send an e mail asking very important information, they just don't reply at all, very unprofessional behaviour I must say. When I saw comments from people after my first interview, I thought they were made up but then after going through the recruitment process I can now understand why some people had terrible experiences.
