The process took 1 month from start to finish. Not particularly difficult but there were 7-8 meetings with 5 people, some that I met more than once. The meetings and conversations were also fairly repetitive and not very structured. I got offered the role after 1 month of interviewing only to be made redundant 1 month later, alongside 49% of my new colleagues.
