The task was not to create a perfect app, but have a discussion material - but then they auto-rejected, saying "this was not on a task, but we actually expected you to create tests for your app, this is expected on this position". Probably, their daily work is also full of hidden non-declared expectations on which you have to over-deliver within short unpaid amount of time. I suggest you to avoid applying here.
