I applied and was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen within 24 hours. The phone screen went well and the recruiter indicated that I was well spoken and had a strong background. He was going to pass on my resume to the hiring manager and contact me in 24-48 hours to set up a face-to-face interview. That was over a month ago. Two emails have gone unanswered. My online application shows "under consideration." It would be best to update candidates on their status instead of radio silence. Or to at least reply to follow up emails. This shows an obvious disregard for the job candidate's time.

I applied online and was contacted for a phone interview within a week. Two days later I was contacted for a face to face interview. The interview questions were average but the interviewer seemed unsatisfied with any of my answers. Told me that I seemed nervous but a nice person and that I was not being aggressive enough for them. Also that the last employee had been fired for not coming to work on time and I was asked if that would be a problem for me. Although I have never been fired from any job. There were two people in the interview but the second person said nothing until I asked them a direct question. It was very strange and I felt insulted by the tone and accusations of the interviewer. I felt lucky not to be offered a position as this was the team manager doing the interviewing.
