First round was through a head-hunter and fairly relaxed. Went over experience and the position, and discussed the opportunity. Second round was with the CEO/Owner. Struck me as a used car salesman, and this should have been a clue. He talked up the company and outright lied to me about a number of things, including bonuses and the work.
