Zoom HR is very quick to respond and so is their interview process. You will be contacted through email in few days of applying if your resume matches the requirements. HR will contact you and get your details and check if it matches and will start technical rounds as per your availability. You will either have two rounds or one long round with all panel. As per your feedback, a round with hiring manager will be scheduled and if all goes ok you'll again get contacted by HR for joining formalities.

The whole process took 4 weeks only to be told that the position is abruptly kept on hold. It was a tad disappointing to hear this after going through 4 rounds (including HR screening). I feel it is being disrespectful to the time, effort and energy a candidate invests in the interview process. The interviews are scheduled by an AI tool and we literally don't have a human HR point of contact to get in touch with for status updates which makes the overall experience not great.
