      I hate to be leaving this review as the process initially started off very communicative and fairly pleasant overall. I had a screening that went well and then was promptly followed up with to schedule the next round. While the recruiter was great, the CSM who led the next round was clearly working on other projects throughout the interview, had not even glanced at my resume prior, and seemed generally disinterested in the conversation. So much so that I felt like their mind had been made up prior to the call even taking place and that they felt like they were doing me a favor by conducting the interview. Following the second round interview I sent a follow up thank you message to the recruiter, who did not ever respond, even to tell me that I wouldn't be moving forward in the process. Overall this ended up being an unprofessional and overall unpleasant experience. Zoom is such a well known company that I was excited to learn more about so it was generally disappointing that the process went this way.

      Listed as remote - was told on first interview it was hybrid. I would advise advertising correctly but the response were fast and it was easy to book with the recruiter

      Kim Young initially reached out to me and conducted a phone screening for the role. She was then there through the entire process promptly keeping me updated, and answering any questions I had along the way. After the phone screening, I went through two rounds of interviews and unfortunately didn't make it past the second round. Kim was kind to let me know of this before the weekend, and followed up with me the following Monday to share the feedback she received from the team. I sincerely appreciated her kindness throughout the whole process. You hear horror stories of going through rounds of interviews and being "ghosted", not knowing what went wrong, but I had the exact opposite experience with Kim. Thank you for treating candidates like human beings!
