Entrevista
I am at first with the exiting Sharon manager who is moving on to the regional manager position. It was more of a “get to know you“ conversation, with a brief overview of the show room managers duties as well as a conveyance of the company‘s culture and mission.
I was then invited to the company‘s headquarters to meet with senior management. For nearly 2 hours I was asked dozens of questions by both the company president and the operations manager who seemed to have more say than anyone else. I got the impression that it was the operations manager‘s decision as to whom they would hire.
They followed up with several phone calls and then a request for a hand writing sample.
I never heard from them again. I have since been practicing my penmanship.
