The process begins with a short phone screening. From there you move to what Zillow calls the "Loop Interviews". Essentially you go through 2-4 30 minute interviews with various team members and supervisors. The questions are mostly behavioral/situational. Everyone is extremely warm and welcoming. It was the best interview experience that I've ever had.
