recruiter reached out to me, after initial phone screen she set up an interview with the hiring manager (a week after she said she would get back to me). Hiring manager didn’t show up to the call and only offered a weak apology after 2 days and multiple emails. Rescheduling the call was clearly not a priority for him and while the call went well it was only 20 minutes of softball questions and “casual” conversation. I check all the boxes for the role and expressed excitement and interest and was told I would hear back soon about next steps but after two weeks of following up with the recruiter I was sent an automated rejection email. Nothing from the recruiter or hiring manager. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication. Seems to me that there is a culture of blowing people off without much explanation and not prioritizing employees. Be weary

Six hours of interviews with six different people up to the regional VP of sales. Told me I was their top final candidate, sent me benefits info to review then completely ghosted me. Nobody would return my calls or e-mails. No clue what happened. The position is still posted as open. Strange company.

I was mostly asked standard questions around my sales process and what types of sales training I received. Asked to walk through the deals I was most proud of. The brunt of time was me asking them questions.
