Pretty easy, she asked me a few questions in a group setting. She was nice and it was only around 20 minutes. As long as you go over generic interview questions, you'll be fine.
Group interview where they ask general customer service questions and make you present a short brief, you’ll introduce your pair and they make you go through very basic and easy scenarios
