Group interview where they ask general customer service questions and make you present a short brief, you’ll introduce your pair and they make you go through very basic and easy scenarios

How would you deal with busy periods e.g. sale period?
They asked a few simple questions to see if you’re interested in fashion. Then they signed the contract right away. The whole process was quick and took only about fifteen minutes.
