First of all, I applied for the job opportunity on a job portal. After resume reviewing, I was expected to record a video about my self and my experience written on my resume. Then I solved the tests that they expected me to do. The next step was that I was called for the assessment day and a case study. After all, I was accepted by the company.

They asked me why I applied for this position, whickh of my qualifications are fitting for this position, why I am interested in banking even though I am an industrial engineer.
Everything was easy, they don’t ask technical questions. You are speaking with several people.
I’m not sure how they evaluate or filter candidates, or what specific criteria they consider during the selection process.

First there was a general aptitude and English test, after you pass that, you get to select the department you want to work for, after that you have a one-on-one interview with the head of the department you will be interning for where they explain the position to you and generally ask you to describe yourself, no technical questions.
Very understanding and professional people, really improving environment for the people without job experience. When i compared with others, i think this is the best bank for being a intern in banking sector.
