Not too intense but quite slow; can be improved in terms of speeding up the process. I think the questions were about concepts every backend developer should know; covered system architecture, containerization, etc

Process consists of intro call with a recruiter then a technical task then tech interview, after which another interview and feedback or offer. process took a lot of time to schedule meetings or interviews but it's good.
