The guy interviewing was very polite however the interview itself was extremely awkward... If you are preparing for this make sure to read the React docs before you do an interview because most of the questions are just spitting back book definitions. Didn't really discuss prior development positions or experience. Not a bad experience by any means however I feel like you don't get a good chance unless you memorize definitions to get past HR screening.

I interviewed with Randheer via video call. It was very straightforward which I appreciated. It was straight to technical questions regarding react and I found it helpful, it was a breath of fresh air from interviews where it's all about personality. I would apply to this role or a similar role at this company again in the future. I can tell the company prioritizes knowledge and skill over politics.
