First Round:- Telephonic ( Basic Java, OOPS and collection concepts)
The second round:- was f2f, they asked in depth about my roles and responsibilities in my current job, Rest API questions, and AWS questions.
Third Round:- With the delivery manager, he was cool, more of process-oriented questions.
Fourth Round:- With HR

Well I was been referred by a friend of mine in Xoriant..
The process is simple
1. Technical Round
2. HR Mangerial Round ( package discussion takes place post HR Round)
If 1 and 2 are success then takes place the client round.
I had multiple skills (Mobile Testing and Web Apps Testing for example) when applied for the position and was opted by xoriant for both skills. I could successfully complete my 1st and 2nd Round post which Package discussion took place. After negotiation I agreed with the package they offered me and later I was said the positions are closed for Mobile Testing and if we have any other openings we will let you know.
HR whom I was talking to had a good knowledge wherein I stated to HR that I have more experience in Web apps than mobile apps. When I asked HR stating "they were positions for both mobile and Web apps testings" , I got a response positions are closed and they will keep me updated and client round never took place.
Queries :
1. If you guys had no positions why was the interview conducted ?
2. If package was the problem , I had agreed upon the package you guys offered me. Then what the he'll went wrong.
Folks out here invest time for interviews thinking the forth coming company is good one . But if such kind of situations take place why would one even look upto Xoriant ?
Suggestions
1. Be clear at your end if you guys really want to hire and not to waste one's time. Time is precious .
2. If interviews are conducted finish it till end. Don't stop the process give lame excuses like client positions are filled. Its your duty to have a back up if there are such scenarios.
3. Be candid enough to say what's the actual cause. If you guys can't be transparent now I doubt the company would work good in future.
