Using a high-volume recruiting agency to do initial interview. The recruiter experienced technical difficulties at the start of the interview and was very rushed during the actual interview and often repeated questions.

Awful experience. They scrutinized over every detail of my resume, held 4 interviews, had a recruiter call me day and night getting more clarification of what I said. Interview process took 6 weeks. This was for a 6 month contract position with no benefits, and for a company I had already been employed with for 10 years (left a couple years ago). Good heck! Take a leap of faith.
