- Initial 30 min. phone interview - basic background questions were asked.
- 2 hour face-to-face interview = 3 managers were present to conduct my interview. They mostly asked me behavioral type questions pertaining to previous work/education experiences.
- I had to write a brief essay to the HR Manager on 'why I was the best person for the job' (one page).

Sales exercise that they make you do during the interview. You need to read a case study that they give you and then answer a lot of questions based on it. They made me turn my backs to them and pretend that I was trying to sell them over the phone on the product that was written in the case study.
