The first interview was done by phone with plant manager. This interview went on for about 30 minutes, with the plant manager explaining the operations and the role before asking about my general background. Second interview was a plant tour with an explanation of the production lines. This was followed by in-person interviews, with various managers and team leads coming in to ask a few questions before departing. The second interview and tour consumed roughly two hours.
