The interview was good and informative. You start out with a phone interview. Questions about your work history are discussed, along with what your future goals/plans are. Some of questions focused around values and what kind of company culture I was used to. How I would interact in small groups, large groups. It is very laid back and she made me feel very comfortable, but questions did get a bit harder. I felt like I failed because I did not have my exact sales quotes and highlights of my accomplishments. Which now I will learn and never forget again. She was very direct about what the job would entail and what to expect.
