I was contacted by a recruiter by phone after I applied. We had a 45 minutes interview with many behavioral and background questions. After 2-3 weeks waiting, I was contacted again and my on site interview was 1 week later.
Could have gone smoother. More preparation would have given me a better shot. I had other offers so did not take it as serious . Great company overall and would love another chance
At a conference I talked to a rep and they offered an interview on the spot for the next day. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire online before the interview and then was encouraged to reach out to other people. The interview consisted of a behavioral followed by a high level tech one
