I was head hunted by a company employee at an open day at my university.
after a long conversation about his position and work I offered some of my knowledge in the filed.
He was quit impressed and asked for my CV and grades list. I received a phone call from the company where they said I was right for the position.
I was asked to take a 90 min online quiz that has almost nothing to do with the job position I applied for.
