Good interview process and feedback. Interviewers lead the discussions and provide guidance for all the questions. They are also willing to share and answer any questions from the interviewee. Timely feedback and status update are given.

A 3hr OA, after reaching standard, receive interviews. Then come tech interviews for 3 rounds with 2 people in each round. With VP and director of different teams. Wait 2 weeks each round.

Overall the brain teasers were as simple as the ones in 'heard on the street'

2 interviewers, each around 30 minutes. They ask professional (math, stat) questions as long as brain teasers. Have to be answered in a certain amount of time. They also asked you to tell them how you aim to solve questions.

I first submitted my CV and went over basic math test. If the math score is over some threshold, they offer interviews which are prescreen interview and technical interview. I did not pass the technical interview, but there are more interviews after that.

The given scenario is: There is a container that is open from both ends and that always is in sorted order. The process took a very LONG time. There were a total of 4 technical interviews and one non-technical. It is very frustrating that recruiters take very long pauses between interviews, like I only heard back a month later after the first interview and on another occasion it took them 3 weeks. Secondly, I was very surprised after I wasn`t given any feedback whatsoever after the final interview.
